YOGAFlow
Vinyasa-style yoga class in which students move actively from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. It's also called "Flow" because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a "Dance". Within the Flow / Dance, we create the pose of our choice, choosing how far to go into each pose. Vinyasa yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.
